Satthia, Attorney-at-Law, has an extensive expertise specializing in advising and representing clients on civil & criminal matters in judicial proceedings. His practice areas include civil and commercial litigation, succession, family, construction, and security matters.
Satthia holds an Executive Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Cambodia and Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor’s Degree of Law from Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) in Cambodia. He completed a Japanese Law Program provided by Nagoya University – Research and Education Center for Japanese Law (CJL) affiliated to Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). He can speak Khmer, English and Japanese.
