Prior to joining VINAYA, Lino worked in the Court of Appeal, Khmer Rouge Tribunal, and various United Nations agencies for over 18 years. Since his admission to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, he has advised and defended clients on various civil and criminal matters in the judicial proceedings. His practice areas include litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, family law and other civil and criminal matters.
Lino holds two master's degrees of comparative laws (LL.M.) from Nagoya University in Japan and from Build Bright University in Cambodia, and a bachelor's degree of law from University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. He speaks Khmer, English, and basic Japanese.
