Prior to joining VINAYA, Lino worked in the Court of Appeal, Khmer Rouge Tribunal, and various United Nations agencies for over 18 years. Since his admission to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, he has advised and defended clients on various civil and criminal matters in the judicial proceedings. His practice areas include litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, family law and other civil and criminal matters.
Lino holds two master's degrees of comparative laws (LL.M.) from Nagoya University in Japan and from Build Bright University in Cambodia, and a bachelor's degree of law from University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. He speaks Khmer, English, and basic Japanese.
Prior to joining VINAYA, Kola has more than 12 years experiences as corporate and litigation lawyer with well know law firms in Cambodia. Kola also had various experience in both private and public law. Her practice areas include tax compliance, corporate law, family law, national NGO and international organizations, and factory matters.
Kola holds a master's degree in private law and a bachelor's degree of law from Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. She speaks Khmer and English.
Prior to joining VINAYA, Samphors served as legal advisor to an international bank and law firm in Phnom Penh for almost 10 years. She has advised multinational corporations and top-tier Cambodian companies on finance, taxation strategies and compliance, and investment incentives granted by the Council for the Development of Cambodia. Her practice areas include banking and finance, legal and tax compliance, investment laws and other commercial matters.
Samphors holds a master's degree of comparative laws (LL.M.) from Nagoya University in Japan, and three bachelor degrees majoring in civil and common laws and in English language from Royal University of Law and Economics and Institute of Foreign Languages, respectively. She speaks Khmer, English, and basic Japanese.
Prior to Joining VINAYA, Ratha has worked for nearly 14 years for different NGOs, International Organizations and law firms in Phnom Penh. She also gained experienced in teaching law for the French cooperation program at the Royal University of Law and Economics, and previously worked in the civil procedure and judicial professions department at Neuchâtel University in Switzerland. Her practice areas include civil procedure, labor law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters.
Ratha holds two master's degrees of Law: Practices of International Solidarity (Master 2) from Nice Sophia-Antipolis University in France and International Business Law and Corporate Counsel (LL. M.) from Royal University of Law and Economics in Cambodia. She pursues today her PhD degree of comparative law at Neuchâtel University in Switzerland. Ratha speaks Khmer, French, English and basic Japanese.
Prior to joining VINAYA, Visal served as Attorney at Law and legal advisor to Cambodian law firms for almost 7 years. Visal also experienced with the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). His practice areas include litigation and dispute resolution, real estate, family law, labor and employment, criminal and other civil law matters.
Visal holds two bachelor’s degrees of Law and computer science. respectively from Royal University of Law and Economics and Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia. He speaks Khmer and English.
Prior to joining VINAYA, Lyhong had been pursuing a PhD degree in Law under a Japanese-taught program at the Graduate School of Law, Nagoya University, Japan. He had also been engaging in consultations with Japanese businessmen on several topics from ASEAN culture to investment in ASEAN at regular meetings of ASEAN Nagoya Club based in Japan. His practice area includes investment law.
